In the first instance, in relation to sport, we do not spend nearly enough money on it but the one thing we want to see is that sport is well governed. That is what will give us the confidence to invest further. My first question is for Ms Joyce. Were you the person who ultimately had responsibility for embedding MOU No. 35 in the FAI?
