John Brady: So the Minister is saying that she will be seeking to change things so that people will not be able to avail of both payments. That will be really concerning for many people. We will wait and see what is in the legislation once it is published tomorrow but I would have concerns. We will wait and have a look but it would be of grave concern to the 132,000 Irish people who worked in the UK....
