Cian O'Callaghan: I thank the witnesses for their contributions. I want to ask about illegal rent increases and breaches of RPZs. Mr. Keegan said the RTB is looking at having a composite rent index. If so, does this mean the board will not be publishing the new tenancies rent increases and the existing tenancies rent increases? Or will the board publish those and have a composite?
