Mattie McGrath: It is fine to make those decisions but those hares have been looked after in anticipation of coursing with greyhounds. This has been well-monitored by the proper agencies in the way that they should be, and now many Deputies are getting calls about marauding gangs lamping them and killing with them no muzzles and no controls.
