Charlie McConalogue: The Targeted Agricultural Modernisation Scheme (TAMS) is a demand-led scheme and TAMS 3 will continue to support farmers from 2023 onwards. An indicative budget for TAMS for 2023-2027 under the Rural Development Programme and CAP Strategic Plan is €370m.
