Verona Murphy: I have a question for Mr. Tuohey. I said the initial figure for debt owing for Clonmel was €500,000. We have the capital debt, but then there was a figure of €277,000 that reduced to €212,000 in 2021. Does that have to be paid before the lease expires or before it is renewed?
