Robert Troy: We know that Mr. John Delaney, as CEO, was a full board member of the FAI until two days ago when he handed in his resignation. Does Mr. Mulvey believe this is in breach of the 2016 code of practice which indicates that a CEO should be an ex officiomember of the board rather than a full board member?
