Does Mr. Mulvey believe this is in breach of the 2016 code of practice which indicates that a CEO should be an ex officiomember of the board rather than a full board member?

In other words, has any board member of Sport Ireland served on the board for more than nine years, bearing in mind that the board is a reconstituted version of two previous boards?
