Patrick O'Donovan: As I outlined in my response, the Minister of State, Deputy Boxer Moran, has stated that he hopes the scheme will be completed within the agreed timeframe and delivered in mid-2019. I can ask the Minister of State to provide a more detailed direct response to the Deputy on the outstanding individual elements.
