Rose Conway-Walsh: I will ask about apprenticeships because we have been looking at them here. We want to encourage more people into apprenticeships, not least because we have considerable challenges in workforce planning. We are looking at apprenticeship models across the island. Is it feasible for somebody to start an apprenticeship in one area and complete it in another?
