I am talking about a case in which No. 30 is done, No. 31 is not done, and No. 32 is done. The gap in between is 13.5 ft, or a little over 4 m. Literally, that is all it is. Even an external wrap on the back and front walls of a terraced house - that is all - would bring huge benefits. Mr. Durkan wants to come in.
