Matt Carthy: So, Coillte which is a State-owned company, will enter into a partnership with a fund, will provide all of the expertise and the experience of a State-owned company as developed over the past number of decades and will do this to draw down grants from the Government to, at the end of the day, have 5,000 ha of Irish land in essentially private, non-domestic ownership.
