Marian Harkin: That issue was raised here the last day. If we have judicial reviews, that the timeframes that are spoken about in the pact simply could not apply here because no Government can put a timeframe on how long it takes for a judicial review.

I do not believe what we are doing here is unconstitutional because I canvassed twice for the Lisbon treaty and it was clear that it gave us the opportunity to opt in or stay out if we wanted to.
