Martin Daly: I thank the Minister, the Ministers of State and their officials for all the enlightening answers. On the delivery of primary care centres, the question was on public-private partnerships and that model of delivery. It probably works better in some urban areas and less so in some rural areas. Are we too dependent on small developers who may or may not survive the process of delivery?
