Darren O'Rourke: Picking up from that point, I presume that in its assessment the DAA has been advised on this. The community might reasonably ask if the 2007 planning permission is being contested but the runway is being operated at the same time, whether the DAA is of the opinion that it is operating the north runway on a sound basis, despite the fact there are ongoing legals in relation to that planning?
