Brian Stanley: As regards the other ATMs and the mainstream banks in those countries, however, the charge would be fairly similar to the charge here. The risk here is that it is likely that three quarters of the ATM network - am I accurate in saying that? - will be sold next year to independent companies that are not regulated.
