Mairéad Farrell: To follow on, I have a brief question on that. Mr. Mulvany mentioned there that a self-assessment was done. We understand that from the briefing but then he mentioned a random sample was taken. I assume what Mr. Mulvany means is that it was assessed externally. Is that correct?
