Catherine Connolly: Next is the recommendation relating to the inconsistency in the waiving. I acknowledge the balance exercise that has to be performed. Independence of gardaí must be upper most. I had forgotten that we charge for policing for non-public duties. It is all the more important that it is open and accountable. Where are we at relating to the abatement of fees recommendation?
