Patrick O'Donovan: No. It is open to local authorities to apply for a second scheme if it is deemed necessary. I have just found out that the Office of Public Works sold MacCurtain Street in Cork and the property has been disposed of.

Patrick O'Donovan: Unless it is part of the Arterial Drainage Act and it is in the Schedule to that Act, it will be the local authority. If it is part of the Act and of the scheme, it is the OPW. Kilkenny County Council is probably responsible for it.
