Kieran O'Donnell: We have agreed that we will do a body of work around it. All these PPPs will be coming back into State ownership over the next 30 years. We must address how exactly the State will approach dealing with that and the issues of tolls and climate change. The Senator is touching on something that we as a committee will look at in great depth.
