Liz McManus: The leader of my party should be careful. I would like to ask the Taoiseach a question, and I am completely in order. Yesterday the chief executive officer of the Health Service Executive admitted that accident and emergency services are in a chronic state of crisis.

Does the Taoiseach know where the sum went or can money that is desperately needed in the health service not be found?
