What the Minister is saying is almost like saying that if there are more people in Dublin, they will have more hospital and medical services. Seán Fleming: Is the commission prevented from examining matters people raise on renewable energy? One would assume the regulator would not have to be told to look after public health if approving something that could have an impact on health.
