Seán Fleming: I accept that. I spoke about abolishing quangos as it was a key test of the strength of the Government. The Minister is quite correct. The new agencies established by the Department of Finance are the Credit Union Restructuring Board, ReBo, the Irish Financial Advisory Council and the New Economy and Recovery Authority. Deputy Howlin's Department is setting up the new lottery regulator....
