Verona Murphy: How is this figure for the development cost established? Does a developer just come in and say it is costing €200,000? I would probably have a good insight on the basis of it being a fact that once we go up in densities, etc., it is costly. At the same time, however, the Department has turned down a project priced at €130,000 per bed.
