Michael Collins: In other words, there will be no Bill on this matter before the Dáil and this is a fait accompli. The decision has been made regardless of the constituency. In Cork South-West, places such as Courtmacsherry, Timoleague and other areas have seen boundary changes made without the will of the people. I want to know where I can discuss that.

Michael Collins: It is a huge issue. I do not believe this is a very democratic process. The Minister of State has the final decision and is not obliged to accept the findings from the independent commission. The people from my area of west Cork, and I presume many more constituencies, want to know-----
