John McGuinness: Mr. Casey answered the complaint. He was the investigator. The complaint regarded the availability of this service. They are obliged to do it under legislation. Why has it not happened? Will Mr. Kelly check out the branch? I am sure Mr. Casey is aware of it.

As I said earlier, I am completely dissatisfied at the manner in which this has not been resolved and anxious to be able to meet with the bank to discuss Mr. Lawlor's circumstances and to try and reach a conclusion.
