Michael McCarthy: I wish to ask a question on that point, Mr. Mullins. Is the company obliged to have one big contract for the call centre? Would it not be possible to have a number of smaller contracts, which would allow smaller companies in Ireland to tender? I know the company must comply with international rules and European regulations, but surely it would be possible to break the contract down into...
