Eoin Ó Broin: I will speak to amendments Nos. 476 and 477 together. Amendment No. 528 seems to be in the wrong place. As it is a consequential amendment to an amendment that was discussed in another group, there is no need to discuss it again. It may be a small error on behalf of the Bills Office but, given the volume of amendments, I do not think it is the fault of that office in the slightest.
