Michael Fitzmaurice: I refer to agri schemes. The Department was not able to give out the money in 2023 and 2024. Did that money have to be given back to the Exchequer? There is extra money this year because more people are getting paid who were owed it. What is the story with that? I ask the Minister to explain the agri-environmental scheme and the 30.6%.

Michael Fitzmaurice: I am asking if, at the end of the year, the Department has to give it back. Why would the Minister look for more money? The Department should be able to carry it over. Is that right?
