Niall Ó Brolcháin: There are better and safer ways to manage waste than through incineration. We need a debate on the issue before we go down the route of having waste-guzzling incinerators. The key aspect is that they destroy important natural resources. We, therefore, need to examine proper recycling options. The debate should be held early in the next session.
