David Cullinane: I welcome the witnesses. To repeat what I have said several times when the witnesses were here, we all want this hospital built as quickly as possible because we are all dealing with children who need better healthcare and better health outcomes. We also know that when the hospital is built, it will provide significant additional capacity for children. I hope we are all on the same page...
