Dessie Ellis: Nitelink used to be a major service, but it is virtually gone. After midnight or 12.30 a.m. we have a taxi service for the whole city. There were many problems such as anti-social behaviour and attacks on staff, who have been magnificent over the years. Will the issue be revisited? For the capital city not to have a public transport system after hours is an indictment of the city.
