One is the nursing home issue, the fair deal scheme costs and so on but the second issue is that there is up to €180 million of patient funds managed by the HSE on behalf of patients. That is the patients' money which they let the HSE manage when they are in an institution. It is a separate topic from the fair deal scheme.
