Mark Ward: I am surprised to see there remains a reference to a "deleterious effect on the unborn" in the Bill at this stage. The Minister said he has had consultations with the Department of Health on that issue. The phrase is still in the legislation. What difference is there between what I am trying to do with my amendment and what the Minister will bring forward?
