Seems that one would need 'means of making them talk' to extract any sort of an informative response out of them to almost any question of importance? Must be all trying to emulate Bertie- remember him? Or the old Dubliners' song- "whatever you say, say nothing."
The Dáil is not a very edifying or educational or informative forum....if the Dáil bar were to be closed, God Help Us, there wouldn't be a loose tongue in the place!
