Why limit to noise and shadow flicker? How about adding:
1. visual and oppressive effects of 150m+ turbines - (would you like massive structure hanging over you?)
2. property rights affected (i.e. from what I understand won't be able to get planning permission to build on your own land and not allowed to own equines
3. drop in property price
4. does "noise" include low tonal vibration? If not why not?
5. System of simplified redress for property/health damage
