It is concerning that the Minister has been allowed to state
"The greater use, where appropriate, of multi-supplier frameworks can address local supplier issues while also ensuring on-going cost competitiveness of the framework itself."
and that this claim by the Minister remains unquestioned!
I am calling upon the Minister to fiscally, legally and logistically define and cost his suggested multi-supplier framework that can address local supplier issues.
