I would like ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if the statutory condition that an applicant intends in good faith to continue to reside in the State after naturalisation applies to Spouse of an Irish National?
Also, can the minister explain why on the section 6.2 of the application form has No, YES and NOT APPLICABLE ?
Can Minister for Justice and Equality explain further what exactly it meant and if a Spouse of an Irish National ticks NOT APPLICABLE, if the application will be deemed ineligible.
