The Minister keeps referring to SNA'S looking after children with special needs. We are continually being told we are employed to look after their care needs only.We are helping them with educational needs as well, every day.How can we just sit there and wait till they need to be brought to bathroom etc. It just doesnt seem logical! Im sure I read in latest email you sent me ,R. Quinn stated something about SNA'S looking after their educational needs as well. I would love confirmation on this please.
