when we can not get market funding for projects such as
new water services company and new prisons ect. Why dont we sell an internal bond in ireland only for any body to invest money with tax free income after 10 years that could be used to top up pensions . We could also get mutinational companys based in ireland to invest in bonds with profits, The original investment and profits can be taken out of country after 10 years tax free. We cant wait for our finances to improve to start these projects or we will be left behind . We need to use these projects to stimulate economy . We would also be getting savings working in our domestic economy .
