Why has it been decided not to consider another incentivised career break scheme? In my opinion and from speaking to plenty of others there would be many people willing to consider taking up this offer if it was to come around again. It may be worthwhile to undergo a short survey excercise, throughout the civil and public service, to consider putting this back on the agenda as a proposal for savings.
