To ask the Minister of Justice ,how long does it take to revoke a deportation oder ,im a non eu spouse of the irish national since october 2009 ,i recieved a deportation oder 2 weeks before my marraige ,i also have an irish born child ,i have been reporting to the immigration berau with out fail once a week since september 2009,this is taking a toll on my life my husband finds it difficult to make permanent plans for us in the fear that i would be deported and i would have to take his child.
