I heard this speech on radio and could quite clearly hear the "sound of laughter" in the background. whether it was directed at Ming Flanagan or not is irrelevant it was just rude and Tds should know better. Do they now need lessons in manners?
Why should this comment be deleted? Check our House Rules and tell us why the comment breaks them.
