"Children in special care appear to be well aware of their status and the fact that they have not done anything wrong." You as an adult might think that Barry, but children do not. They will pretend they understand to keep adults from bothering them.
Why should this comment be deleted? Check our House Rules and tell us why the comment breaks them.
