can somebody explain why they expect recruitment difficulties?
Is it simply that we are not training enough Irish doctors to take up these posts, or is it that the grass is greener outside Ireland.
Are current cutbacks including the recruitment freeze and the regular closing/curtailing the activities of smaller hospitals making our hospitals so unattractive that junior Irish doctors don't want to know?
