Very Glib answer again from this minister. What is the point of the WRC under the auspices of dept enterprise trade and employment so or of anyone going to the W.R.C , if it’s not going to right a wrong, a huge waste of time , money expended, waste of taxpayers money, waste of the wrc workers time. They must be frustrated when they adjudicate and then their decision is blocked and ignored for years. Pointless so. But great excuse not to abide by rulings which will cost money, eg enhanced redundancy payments for C.E. Supervisors, CE supervisors claim for pension etc etc . An organisation not allowed to dispense Justice. Justice denied.
