TO Deputy Minister Willie O'Dea
Does the Deputy wish to include An Garda Síochána who are suspended for alleged offences that abused (women) victims of assault and domestic crimes which have been denied access to basic Irish civil rights to report the crimes against them, while certain members of the An Garda Síochána discarded their valid claims and has ensued that they will not see any justice in Ireland and have to crawl up to the EU citizens courts to be heard.
The Garda Commissioner is also a bottle neck for victims of crimes against women,
This Constance excuse that both the An Garda Síochána and the Garda Commissioner lack resources is outdated and outstated by this government

Can the deputy and minister for justice provide the Irish public clarify on how a Irish citizen can get justice in the manner befitting a real justice system, without having to pay for free legal aid that costs money (therefore its not free).
There are laws for An Garda Síochána
There are laws for Garda Commissioner
There IS NO LAW THAT PROTECTS THE IRISH CITIZEN
e.g. When victims of crimes go to Garda Síochána or Garda Commissioner it is a closed process and closed procedures that leave the victims sitting, wondering, waiting and begging for communication, action, responses, progress, and maybe someday finally only to find that the actual case was never documented or best discarded into an old file system of a cronyism box full of decimation
Where does the responsibility ( BUCK ) Stop
Whom is the responsible person, ministers, and what exactly are your responsibilities to the Irish citizens
Responsible is an oath you both take but what does it mean to you.!!!!!!!
