Also when he refers to comreg as statutorily independent..they have testandtrial.ie where all new tech wireless companies are invited to test and trial on the Irish people for 500 a year human subjects thrown into those tests and they advertise 'no restrictions like you'd meet in other countries'
Now, how ominous is that and again, a matter of personal rights and ministers and governments have resigned for less
