I cannot work beyond 65 years unless I go back to point one of scale. I have working opposite me someone who has reached 66, getting Old age pension and full salary and because they are on an open contract they can do this and work on and on at full pay. They are winding down as they say for a few years now and I am working flat out as I should be I am still getting paid my full salary, until come Christmas then I must leave or go back to point of the scale and keep working flat out. It is not fair. I would love to know when the Bill 76 will be passed and come into force. Before Christmas I hope, can anyone tell me
