What a wasted opportunity by Ronan Mullins. The President of the High Court, Mr Justice Peter Kelly would not be so busy if the Government had set up the Decision Support Service promised to families when the ADMC Act 2015 was signed. That would eliminate a huge workload dealing with Wardship matters but TDs and Senators are not connecting the dots between how the problems of one area are impacting on another - and obviously also impacting greatly on Wards and their families who want to see them discharged from Wardship at the earliest possible time. We have had one excuse after another but if someone wants to help with this - try getting the Minister to act on this as a matter of extreme urgency.
