In regards to this proposed extension, I wonder if any exceptions will be made for some students who have just been given the 1G stamp at the end of 2016 who are still within the Third Level Graduate Scheme and meet all the criteria for the extension barring a 2017 graduation date?
I am one of these individuals. I have finally secured employment this month. However, my employer is as confused as I am in regards to the immigration requirements for 1G visa holders who need to transition to an employment visa. We had thought to have been within the parameters of this extension, and my fear is that my employer will now balk at sponsorship so soon into employment. I hope you can give further clarification on this matter.
